Our Shipping & Return Policy


Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund for Shipping/Handling. Please see our exclusions for refund below. Bohemian Mama is NOT responsible for goods lost or stolen in shipment and customer is required to file a claim on their own behalf if item is tracked delivered but not received. Customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Rush shipping does not include a 24-48 hour processing time, however we do our best to accommodate each customer the same day.

If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. 

Exclusions (Store Credit Only)

  • Lack of Color, Friends of Friends Hat Co., and Gigi Pip Hats Due to the high demand and shipping costs related to our Lack of Color, Friends of Freinds Hat co., and GiGi Pip hat collection, any hats purchased are returnable for store credit only. Please make sure to check our size guide prior to making your purchase. Please note a return ship fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit refund on hats.
  • ANY full priced products, not from an excluded brand, using any promotion code with discounts over 10% are returnable for store credit only.
  • Presale items are non-refundable, you may request store credit if alternative to the item is needed.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please click the process a return link to process a return for store credit and receive a free shipping label. Once returned items have been received a store credit code will be emailed to you to purchase whatever style or sizes you prefer.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.


International Returns
At this time we cannot provide a shipping label for international returns, so we have waived the $7.95 handling fee! Please enter your return request through the form above, and you will be emailed a Return Number to use on your return shipment. Please send your shipment with tracking to:

Please add your return number to the shipping label and to your returns form that was included in your purchase. Please note that Bohemian Mama will not be responsible for goods lost in shipment.

If you process a return label for a refund or store credit and do not send the item(s) back within 7 days of processing, a store credit ONLY will be issued once return is received.

Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to before processing your return as a defective item/wrong item received.

US Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer shipping insurance through Route insurance at check-out for potential shipping issues. Route shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, Bohemian Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility. Route insurance claims are easily filed using this link:

Below are shipping estimates, the dates shown at checkout will be the most accurate. For International Shipping please allow 5-15 business for standard shipping. Although the “standard shipping” is $25, we highly recommend choosing priority international for $45 to include tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for international packages lost by carrier.
