Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Due to our products shipping from multiple warehouses, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed including changes to your address, items, or delivery method. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at hello@bohemianmama.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note we may not always be able to make changes. In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait for the item to be returned to us, and if this occurs we will process a refund less and shipping costs or contact you to reship plus shipping costs. 

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided once your order is placed. You will receive an additional email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Please make sure to check Product Descriptions for any estimated ship dates if your product is listed as “PRESALE” as those items will ship at a later date.

When will I receive my items and how can I track delivery?

You can track the status of your orders in your Bohemian Mama account. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Rush shipping does not include a 24-48 hour processing time, however we do our best to accommodate each customer the same day.

How do I know when my Presale item will be shipping out?

All presale items have estimated ship dates listed in the “Product Description” of their product page. Please keep in mind these dates may change as they are only estimates from the brands. Continue to check the product descriptions for updates. Presale orders cannot be canceled, but store credit can be offered if you would like to switch to a different item.

I ordered something and now it's on sale, will you refund the difference?

Many of our loved pieces do sell out quickly and we suggest ordering them sooner rather than later to ensure you are not disappoint if they are no longer available. All order must be processed at the price agreed to at the time the order was placed, and we are unable to make changes to orders as mentioned in the check out and order confirmation emails. Additionally as stated in the terms and conditions of sale offers, it is not available on prior purchases. 

What happens if my order is stolen?

Bohemian Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please verify your address before submitting your order as we often cannot make any changes to the address. We offer shipping insurance through Green Shipping Protection at check-out for potential shipping issues. Green Shipping Protection will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Green shipping insurance, Bohemian Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility. My package says that it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Oh no! When this happens, we ask the customer to do the following: 1) Verify the shipping address you provided in your shipping confirmation email. 2) Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 3) Look around the delivery location for your package. 4) See if someone else accepted the delivery in your household or a neighbor. 5) In rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival. We understand that not receiving an item on time is very frustrating and we will do everything we can to remedy this for you. We often recommend contacting your local carrier services as they can get in touch with local drivers to obtain drop off information as well. If you completed steps 1-5 and the package still hasn't popped up within 48 hours of being delivered, you can file a claim directly on the Green Shipping Protection website ( http://reorder.corso.com/ ) if you had Green Shipping Protection on your order. You will need to file a claim on the carriers website directly if you did not have Green Insurance.

Are duties included in shipping fees?

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, you may be subject to relevant duties charged by your carrier. We do not control any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and Duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If Taxes and Duties are placed on your package by officials, these fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you would be charged Taxes and Duties based on the original price. Border agencies legally obligate us to show any item(s) purchased at the original price.

Does Bohemian Mama ship Internationally?

Yes! International shipping is calculated at checkout. Additional fees may apply for oversized packages. In this case we will contact you to arrange payment. We ship through DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Many brands prohibit us from discounting their products, so your discount code may not work on all items in your cart. You can find a list of excluded brands here: PromoExclusions

How does Fondue CashBack work?

What is CashBack?

  • Brands want to reward shoppers. CashBack is a simple way for brands to give you money for shopping with them.

How can I redeem my CashBack?

  • Check your email. After a qualifying purchase you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack. You just need to complete the CashBack redemption form, and then you can select your preferred CashBack redemption method. Depending on where you purchased you can redeem your CashBack as either a Visa prepaid card or a bonus gift card to the brand’s store.

Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?

  • We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is often a holding period that corresponds to the return or refund period of the brand. Please see your brand's specific terms for information on if, and how long, the holding period is.

How long does it take to get my bonus gift card?

  • As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your bonus gift card. If the brand has a return period, you may have to wait up to 60 days to be able to use your gift card. Please see your brand's specific terms for information on if, and how long, the holding period is.

How do I use my bonus giftcard?

  • Purchase anything from the brand’s site and enter your gift card number on the checkout page. Make sure to use the same email address when purchasing.

Where can I find my bonus giftcard?

  • Once you select a bonus gift card, we will send you an email with details about your selection. If you can’t locate that email, please reach out to us at support@getfondue.com with your exact CashBack details and we’ll help locate your bonus gift card.

How long does it take to get my Visa prepaid card?

  • As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your Visa prepaid card. If the brand has a return period, you may have to wait up to 60 days to be able to use your Visa prepaid card. Please see your brand's specific terms for information on if, and how long, the holding period is.

Where can I use this Visa Prepaid card?

  • Anywhere that accepts Visa, which is over 44 million merchants in more than 200 countries and territories.

Where Can I find my Via Prepaid card?

  • Once you select a Visa prepaid card, we will send you an email with details about your selection and a secure link to the details of your card. If you can’t locate that email, please reach out support@getfondue.com with your exact CashBack details and we’ll help locate your Visa prepaid card.

Where can I check my balance and statement on my Via prepaid card?

  • Once you select a Visa prepaid card, we will send you an email with a secure link to the details of your card. For statement details, please email us at support@getfondue.com with the last four digits of your Visa prepaid card.

When I tried to use my Visa prepaid card, it was declined. What can I do?

  • This card is like any other Visa debit card and may be refused due to several reasons. Check that your card still has a sufficient balance. Also double check that you added the correct card number, name, and address. If you are still experiencing issues, please email us with all the details of your charge at card@getfondue.com and we will be happy to help!
