How Do I Check My Order Status?

It’s easy! Simply shoot us an email and we will send you your order history.

When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed and shipped via multiple carriers within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 3-5 days, and international orders to arrive in 8-15. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Presale orders cannot be cancelled. If you must have something sooner the only alternative is to request a store credit instead.

How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.

Does Bohemian Mama Ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping is calculated at check out for regular sized items and Additional fees may apply for oversized packages. In this case we will contact you to arrange payment. We use the most dependable carrier depending on your country and standard or priority shipping option chosen at checkout. We use USPS, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX.

Can I Cancel Or Make Changes To My Order?
We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once order is placed, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes, due to products shipping from multiple warehouses.

How Do I Use A Coupon or Promo Code?
Add your selections to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Apply Coupon’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The code used and  amount of your discount will be displayed  inside the box where you typed the code in after you hit the "Apply" button.  On the order summary page,  the amount of your discount will show across "Coupon". Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions apply. 

Something I Bought Went On Sale The Next Day - Can I Still Use The Promo Code?
Sorry, promo codes cannot be used on previous purchases. Be sure to join our mailing list for exclusive access to future promotions, events, exciting news, and more.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Credits onto original form of payment are typically made within 2 business days. Your bank however may take up to 10 days to process. 

I Cannot Find The Answers To My Questions, How Do I Reach Customer Service?

Our Return Policy

We're sorry your order didn't work out! We'll gladly accept your return within 30 days of your purchase, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. Just fill in the form linked below, and we'll provide you with a return label you can use to ship your package back to us. Please review our full return policy to understand what brands are final sale and unavailable to return


We offer free returns on gift cards!
If you select a store credit refund, we'll happily offer you a free return including a label to ship your item(s) back to us. Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a gift card code by email that you can use on your next order.
All regular priced items that are not final sale brands are returnable for a full refund on your original method of payment, or on a gift card. Note that for returns on your original method of payment, a $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.

International Returns
At this time we cannot provide a shipping label for international returns, so we have waived the $7.95 handling fee! Please enter your return request through the form above, and you will be emailed a Return Number to use on your return shipment. Please send your shipment with tracking to:

Please add your return number to the shipping label and to your returns form that was included in your purchase. Please note that Bohemian Mama will not be responsible for goods lost in shipment.

If you process a return label for a refund or store credit and do not send the item(s) back within 7 days of processing, a store credit ONLY will be issued once return is received.

Full Priced and Sale Items Returns
Discount Code Promotions (other than a 10% code) used on FULL PRICED items are returnable for store credit only, and a $7.95 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Final sale items are final sale, no returns, no exceptions.


Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please reply to the confirmation email you will receive after filling out the form with a picture of the unwanted item(s) and a description of the issue. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving the product for us to properly support you. Bohemian Mama will not be responsible for damage or defect complaints or liable for products that have been in your possession for more than 7 days.
