Our Return Policy

Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund for Shipping/Handling. Please see our exclusions for refund below. Bohemian Mama is NOT responsible for goods lost or stolen in shipment and customer is required to file a claim on their own behalf if item is tracked delivered but not received.

If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. 

Exclusions (Store Credit Only)

  • Lack of Color + Gigi Pip Hats Due to the high demand and shipping costs related to our Lack of Color + GiGi Pip hat collection, any hats purchased are returnable for store credit only. Please make sure to check our size guide prior to making your purchase.
  • Moonwater Co. Moon Water Collection items are final sale and non-returnable due to their one-of-a-kind nature and to protect our artisans, the fair trade community, + small business. Moon Water Items can be exchanged for store credit within 5 business days - a 10% restocking fee and return shipping paid by customer applies.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the item for a refund back to your card or for a refund in the form store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Sales Items + Exclusions
SALE items or Discount Code Promotions (other than SIGNUP10 and SAVE10 codes) are returnable for store credit only, and a $7.95 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Any additional markdowns on sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

International Returns
At this time we cannot provide a shipping label for international returns, so we have waived the $7.95 handling fee! Please enter your return request through the form above, and you will be emailed a Return Number to use on your return shipment. Please send your shipment with tracking to:

If you process a return label for a refund or store credit and do not send the item(s) back within 7 days of processing, a store credit ONLY will be issued once return is received.

Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you are returning an item that was damaged upon receipt, or have received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with a description and images of the issue to hello@bohemianmama.com before processing your return as a defective item/wrong item received.
