The Grand size is an essential go-to spot for tots lounging around the house or when traveling. The built-in, air permeable side on the Grand dock gives little ones a familiar sense of security. - Each piece of the dock is washable, care instructions are below for each piece (for more detailed instructions please refer to the label sewn into your dock cover). We do not recommend using bleach on any part of your dock - stain remover is preferred.
- Outer Cover: Machine wash in warm water inside a garment bag and hang to air dry (to help avoid colour bleeding for covers with prints, be sure to immediately hang to dry after machine cycle is finished and ensure there are no folds or overlapping when drying). Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
- Pad: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
- Inner Sleeve: Machine wash in cold water and hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
- Inner Tube: The tube rarely needs washing, shaking and ventilating are usually enough. If washing the tube, machine wash in hot water inside a garment bag and then tumble dry on low heat only. You can shake or fluff to redistribute the filling as necessary. If still damp, lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Customers can ship back unused items with all tags attached at their own expense within 2 weeks of delivery for store credit only. Items that are opened or used will not be able to be returned. Store credit will be provided when item is received and processed at the warehouse.
Shipping & Returns
Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible items within 30 days of purchase for refund or store credit, provided that your item is unworn, unused, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the return. Items that require a bulk ship charge may require additional shipping and handling fees subtracted from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Please make sure to check our size guide prior to making your purchase. Please note a return ship fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your store credit refund on hats.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams
Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.
At this time we cannot provide a shipping label for international returns, so we have waived the $7.95 handling fee! Please include your order number inside of the package along with your email address. Please note that Bohemian Mama will not be responsible for goods lost in shipment. Received damaged or the wrong item?
If you receive a damaged item or wrong item you must notify us with 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your order number and photos of any damage so we can help you. Please note, if your package was damaged in transit and you had Green Shipping Protection on your order you can file a claim directly on their website at http://reorder.corso.com/
When will I receive my refund? Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your bank or payment method.
Please note: Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Can I return an item that is marked final sale? “Final Sale” and other non-returnable items may not be returned or exchanged. Items are marked as “Final Sale” on the product description page, in your shopping cart and at the checkout screen.
My item is marked as Final Sale but it was not on sale. Why can’t I return it? “Final Sale” is an industry-wide term used to refer to items that cannot be returned. This is different from an item that is “on sale” which means that the item may have been sold at a discounted price. These items may include items that ship directly from vendors and do not allow us to send back returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We offer shipping insurance through Green Shipping Protection at check-out for potential shipping issues. Green Shipping Protection will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Green Shipping Protection, Bohemian Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility.
